This year’s adoption plants will be distributed here.

Several of our past regulars can no longer attend so we really need help. Please volunteer! Many hands are needed to make the sale successful! Come for 1 hour or more.

Please donate daylilies for the sale!

We need many plants to make the sale a profitable one. Please volunteer! Many hands are needed to make the sale successful!

THE DIG & PREP: For both, come and help. Plants to the public sell best in the $5 to $15 range. Save your more expensive plants to donate to the auction in August.

• Please named cultivars only – no seedlings or unknown plants.
• For dig and sale plant donations, please Email plant names to Dawn Bryant ASAP but no later than June 5. All plant information needs to be gathered for the tags and cannot be done last minute. Please clearly mark your plants and containers so there is no possible way plants can be mislabeled.
• If you know you have jumping worms, please do not donate.
• To minimize the risk of possibly spreading invasive jumping worms, please rinse most of the soil off at your location before packing up to bring to the dig. Plan to have your plants to the dig and prep location on June 13th by starting time.
• Build friendships and get to know club members whlie helping the club! Can't volunteeer? You still get a 10% member discount for shopping at the sale! Please let Dawn know if you can volunteer for any (or all) of these dates.

Setup 8:00 a.m.
Sale 9:00 to 2:30
Cleanup 2:30-3:00

Help needed with the setup at 8, then assisting customers throughout the sale and cleanup at the end.
